6 Weeks to Learn How to Open Your Own Restaurant

Opening a restaurant is a complicated business and we take it very seriously indeed. That is why we run our six week intensive course covering everything from paying your taxes properly to how to maximise your sales of wines and craft beers.

The course runs in six consecutive weeks and comprehensively covers trends, new ideas that work, following fashions without getting caught in a continuous spending loop to keep up. It also provides the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.

  • This is a Six Week Course. This Course will run in 6 Consecutive Weeks

  • September 18th to October 27th. Monday to Friday. 9.00am-5.00pm.
    There may be some Saturday workshops but these will be flagged well in advance.

  • Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

  • €6,900.00

    5% funding available on fees for Irish residents
    Please note - Accommodation during the course is not included in the course fee

  • Blathnaid Bergin with a team of highly skilled experts. Blathnaid has a M.Sc. in Hospitality Management (Hons), Diploma in Adult Learning, Diploma in Hotel Management (Hons) - Shannon College of Hotel Management. She has 25 years experience advising, training and working with people in the hospitality industry.
