Being an entrepreneur can be a lonely business and it is good to talk with others who are in the same position. We spend three days in a very supportive environment where you can work through challenges, generate new ideas and learn that we are all in the same entrepreneurial boat. The course is highly interactive and practical.

What will I know when I finish the course?

Time to Take Time out

Step back and have a forensic view of how the business is doing

Analyse the business from back to front, and inside out

Draw up a plan for where it should go

Begin at the ordering point and analyse all the way through to service

Identify any gaps in management, cost control, waste management, service gaps, staff training needs, food quality and delivery and fix those gaps

Look at trends, new ideas, upgrading on a shoestring and innovative ways to keep the business fresh

Pre-course work will be part of the process

Gathering up all the information needed to do a full review of the businesses

What will I have when I am finished the course?

You will have already made practical changes to your business operations and have plans to continue developing and improving your business. You will also have had a lot of fun.
