Begin at the ordering point and analyse all the way through to service
Identify any gaps in management, cost control, waste management, service gaps, staff training needs, food quality and delivery and fix those gaps
Look at trends, new ideas, upgrading on a shoestring and innovative ways to keep the business fresh
Pre-course work will be part of the process
Gathering up all the information needed to do a full review of the businesses
You will have already made practical changes to your business operations and have plans to continue developing and improving your business. You will also have had a lot of fun.
