The Business of Staying in Business

The Business of Staying in Business.

Has your business been affected by current global challenges? Is your business making you enough money? Could it be making more?. Could your business be more efficient/leaner? Could it be more enjoyable? Is it time to take time out and and consider how to give an injection of new energy, focus and drive to the business? Our three day course - 24 online hours via the medium of Zoom is in a supportive environment of like minded people It will give you that opportunity to slice, dice, dissect, deconstruct the business item by item and reconstruct to a masterpiece of efficiency and enjoyment.
Hazel Murphy, Owner of The Buttery Restaurant Group and her Operations Manager Laura Sheahan had this to say about doing our course recently.

' Attending the course, it has changed our business massively, mostly due to the fact that it is far more professional now. Everyone knows what they are doing, what we are striving to achieve.. The most important thing that came from it is - our meetings are much more structured, now we have jobs that are in process, jobs that are parked, jobs that are finished; there's actually accountability now if we don't do stuff, there is a system in place for the meeting. Come in in the morning, you have ten jobs to do, someone else if simultaneously doing ten other jobs.

The most important gain from doing the course was savings in all aspects of the business. One of the biggest problems was plate waste- it's now down to literally a bag a week.

We have made considerable savings, it's far more organised because everything is systematised. Everyone knows what they have to do and when they have to do it'
