I have just completed the ‘Adding Food to your Pub’ course, under the direction of Blathnaid Bergin.
It was an immense pleasure for me to be involved as a student of of the catering industry and to learn as much, about the food end, as I have. My previous involvement was restricted to the drinks end of the business.
Anyone considering doing food in their establishment, would do well to undergo this particular course, which will give them a great objective understanding of all aspects of the food service industry
