Alison Duck lives on an organic farm outside Durrow in Co. Laois, Ireland. With her husband Dominic, she runs the farm and has just opened their fully organic café which also sells organic meat and fantastic eggs from the farm. It is situated on a lovely rise over looking their farm and the river Nore below. Open at weekends at the moment, the café serves delicious soup, sandwiches and home made cakes.
