At the end of our summer season for the Burren Perfumery Tea Rooms, we would would like to say a big thank you for the work that you did with us this Spring. Now in our tenth year of running the Tea Rooms we realise that we should have hired you in our first year! 100% professional, great information, an intense three days work but every minute was useful to us. Our Tearooms runs so much more smoothly, the food is fantastic and it’s now a pleasure to manage instead of a source of stress. In fact I would say that it took a tenth of the time to run that it did before. Thank you again! I would work with you again without hesitation and with great pleasure.
